Number 1 Taste opened on in Watertown recently, and boast 30 years of experience. The Chinese restaurant opened at 39 Galen Street. The restaurant also has locations in Belmont, Arlington and Melrose. The Number 1 Taste Watertown website says:

The Watertown Farmers’ Market will be back this June, organizers say. Residents can support the vendors who appear at the Watertown Farmers Market even before the season begins in June, and organizers say that the market plans to open on schedule in June. While the COVID-19 outbreak has closed many businesses, Stephanie Venizelos, manager of the Watertown Farmers Market, said that the market will be opening in June. “Farmers markets have been declared an essential business, like grocery stores,” Venizelos said. “We are planning for a safe market that adheres to all the guidelines.”
People who cannot go to a store, or do not want to in a social distancing effort during the Coronavirus outbreak, have some alternatives at two Watertown markets. At Russo’s, 560 Pleasant St., customers can order delivery through the Mercato website (click here), or they can order a Russo’s Box and pick it up in the market’s parking lot. Chicago-based Bottleneck Management announces the forthcoming opening of City Works Eatery & Pour House at 91 Arsenal Yards Blvd. in the Arsenal Yards development in Watertown. Slated to open to the public on Friday, March 13, this will be the tenth location of City Works in the country. Helmed by General Manager Daniels White and Executive Chef Chris Kravitz, the new restaurant offers an extensive craft beer list of over 90 local, regional, and global craft brews, complemented by classic American cuisine with chef-driven twists.
The Gallows and the developers of Arsenal Yards announced that the South End eatery will be opening a new location in the remodeled Arsenal Mall in Watertown. Diners can enjoy modern American cuisine with a French flair in the new location at Arsenal Yards, which will feature a patio dining area. The Gallows is part of a group of restaurants and eateries, that also includes Blackbird Doughnuts, Banyan and Sally’s Sandwiches. The following announcement was provided by Boylston Properties:
Boylston Properties and Wilder proudly announced today that The Gallows restaurant, which has been a popular South End favorite since 2010, will open its second location in Watertown’s Arsenal Yards neighborhood. The 4,000-square-foot space will be The Gallows’ very first hybrid restaurant featuring cult-favorite doughnuts from Blackbird Doughnuts, new food and beverage concepts, and outdoor dining on its patio overlooking Arsenal Park on the Charles River.

The Watertown Farmers’ Market is held Wednesdays 2:30-6:30 p.m.(Closing at 6:00 p.m. in October) from June 12-Oct. 9.
