April 3, 7:06 p.m.: An officer spotted someone known to be wanted on a a warrant in the area of Mt. Auburn Street and Templeton Parkway. The man was wanted by Boston Police for an armed robbery. The man was stopped and arrested.

March 11, 11: 57 a.m.: Security at Home Depot stopped a man who had eight items in a cart, but only scanned four. He left the store without paying for the items, which were worth $90.82. When security spoke with the man in the parking lot, they saw a hammer drill, valued at $699, in his car.

Feb. 10, 6:02 a.m.: Police served a warrant on Royal Street. They located 27-year-old Watertown woman and arrested her on the warrant from Waltham District Court for a probation violation. Feb.

Jan. 27, 3 a.m.: Police received a call from a motorist who followed another driver from Soldiers Field Road in Brighton into Watertown after observing him driving erratically. When he stopped at a red light, the driver appeared to fall asleep, and the vehicle appeared to have a flat tire. Police located the vehicle in Watertown Square and pulled the driver over on Pleasant Street.

Jan. 13, 2:05 p.m.: A man was spotted going through the self-checkout at Home Depot and scanning some items but not the more expensive ones. Store security saw the man picking up two items and scanning only the cheaper one and then put both into the shopping bag. The cheaper item was a 15-amp three-way switch worth $3.48, but he did not scan the 20-amp circuit breaker, which cost $49.97.

Jan. 9, 1:45 p.m.: Police responded to Home Depot when security spotted a man taking items and putting them under his clothing. When he was stopped, the man had $984.23 worth of merchandise. The items were recovered, but some of the packaging had been cut open.

Jan. 3, 6:17 p.m.: Loss prevention at Home Depot detained two shoplifters who were spotted taking items and put them into a backpack. The pair first went to the tool section and then to the electrical and light area. When they were stopped, the pair had a Copper Fit back support, two Roku streaming sticks, a Rigid 18-volt combo kit, a Google Home Mini Charcoal and a Google Home Mini Chalk.

Dec. 24, 12:31 a.m.: A shoplifter was spotted taking items at the CVS in Watertown Square. He was seen fleeing down Church Street at Main Street. He was caught on Pleasant Street near Cross Street.
