Cartoonist James DeMarco said he used the wall at the end of his childhood street in Watertown, on Maplewood Street near Oakley Country Club, as the basis for the wall in this week’s Small Saves comic strip. “Perhaps some of the readers may recognize it,” DeMarco said.
