Here are some of our classes starting very soon! Beginning and Intermediate Painting with Acrylic

Paint with acrylics in this class for all levels of painters. Beginners embark on exercises exploring color, value, and composition.

Watertown Artists Teaching Watercolor Classes

“Florida Flower,” a watercolor by Watertown’s Audrey Childs. Watertown’s Audrey Childs will host a series of classes on a variety of methods used in watercolor painting. She sent out the following information:

Students will learn how to use and control their paints effectively. Methods will include using a dry brush and what effects a paper towel and a porous sponge can create.  The class is designed to help the student gain confidence with the medium.  Beginners will Learn the fundamental techniques of watercolor. Intermediate students will have new challenges with an emphasis on exploring techniques.

Visual and Performing Arts Classes

Registration has opened for fall classes for youth and adults in visual and performing arts at the Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown. Offsite arts education programming also continues into the fall, and onsite studio space is newly available for weekly use by local artists. The arts center’s largest educational offering in over two years includes thirty performing and visual arts classes for children, teens, and adults.
