Feb. 20, 10:07 p.m.: A man tried to check in at the Super 8 Motel but was told he could not do so because he did not have proper identification. The man had booked the room on Expedia but did not have any ID. The man got upset with the motel staff.

Feb. 12, 4 p.m.: Police were called to Target for a woman who had been seen trying to leave without paying for 22 items of clothing, cosmetics and headphones. The items were worth $425.80. The 31-year-old Cambridge woman was arrested on a charge of larceny over $250.

Feb. 7, 4:30 p.m.: A woman was stopped after being seen concealing items in Target. When she was stopped she had 19 pieces of women’s clothing worth $264.87. Police arrested the 25-year-old Allston woman for shoplifting over $100.

Feb. 1, 4:17 p.m.: A woman was stopped in Target after she was seen concealing items in her shopping carriage and then tried to leave the store without paying. She said she was planning to return the items but did not make an attempt to do so. The woman had 63 items of clothing, boots, cosmetics and an ice tea that, combined, were worth $1,187.60.

Jan. 22, 6:03 p.m.: Police were called to the Watertown Free Public Library because of an unruly patron. The man was reportedly out of control and when officers arrived he jumped up and began yelling about how no body wanted to listen to him. Police asked the man to step aside so he was not disturbing others at the library but he got more aggressive in his yelling and made derogatory remarks about the police.

Jan. 15, 7:49 p.m.: An officer ran a routine query on the plate of a vehicle on Mt. Auburn Street near Watertown Square and discovered the owner had a suspended license. The vehicle was pulled over and the officer confirmed that the driver was the owner.

Jan. 9, 4:19 p.m.: A tow truck driver brought in a car that had been involved in a minor accident in Boston to Perfection Auto Body and the driver got a ride in the tow truck. Later the driver was found asleep in the cab of the tow truck and refused to get out. Police were called and when they looked into the man’s background they discovered he had a warrant for his arrest.

Jan. 3, 8:51 a.m.: Police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident and when officers checked the licenses of the drivers involved they found that one of them had his license revoked and had a warrant for his arrest in Florida that had been issued in February 2017. The 26-year-old Allston man was arrested on a charge of driving with a revoked license and an out of state fugitive warrant from Florida for a probation violation. No one was injured in the accident.
