19 Watertown High School Athletes Named Middlesex League All-Stars

The Middlesex League All-Stars have been announced and Watertown High School boasts nearly 20 athletes from seven teams on the list

Football: Colin Owens, Mason Andrade, Nathan Master

Boys Soccer: Joey Cottone, Pierre Paul Frederick Labossiere, Sean Anthony McCusker, Gregory Davidian

Girls Soccer: Amanda Cosco, Molly Sheehan

Golf: Jack Jones, Colin Campbell, James Erickson

Cross Country: Anna Lonergan

Field Hockey: Molly Driscoll, Margaret Driscoll, Elizabeth Loftus, Taylor Lambo, Ellie Monahan

Volleyball: Jenna Brussel Johnson

Registration Open for Waltham/Watertown Youth Lacrosse Season

Registration for Waltham/Watertown Boys Youth Lacrosse is open! We are looking for new andexperienced players from grades K-8 to join the Waltham/Watertown Lacrosse community. Practices are held one-to-two weekday nights per week (and/or Saturday mornings) dependingon age group. Practices, weather and COVID guidelines permitting, will begin in March withgames scheduled to begin in early April. We know folks may have questions/concerns regarding the coming season.

Watertown Feasts on Belmont During Shutout Win in the Thanksgiving Game

Senior Mason Andrade set the tone for Watertown by pancaking a Belmont blocker on the opening kickoff of the annual Thanksgiving Day football game. The Raiders continued to pound the Marauders all game, emerging with a 25-0 win over their rivals. Watertown improved to 7-4, winning four of their last five games, and snapped a two-game losing streak to Belmont. The game was not played last year.
