A Memorial Funeral Service for Donald H. MacCalmon will be held in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 12 noon. Mr. MacCalmon, a son of the late Herbert H. MacCalmon and Katherine Christine
(McKinnon) MacCalmon passed away in Boston on Friday afternoon. Donald was
89. Donald served in the United States Army from October of 1946 to August of 1949. During his time in the Army, Donald was a CPL with the 11th Airborne Division and he also received the WWII Victory Medal and the Occupation of Japan Medal.

A Funeral Service for Daniel Bailey Odom will be held at a time to be announced in
the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, Watertown. Mr. Odom, a son of the late William P. Odom and Ruth Elizabeth (Correll) Odom
passed away in Burlington on Thursday evening after a period of declining health. Daniel was 80. Daniel was born in San Diego and later moved to Watertown where he was a lifelong resident. He held a bachelors degree in physics and worked as an electrical engineer at Raytheon.

(Salvucci) Forbes.A daughter of the late Anthony J. and Donata (Pelligrino) Salvucci. Angela entered into her eternal rest surrounded by her family on Sunday October 29, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with Multi Systems Atrophy Type C. She was 80 years old. Angela was a graduate of Saint Columbkille High School class of 1955 and Tufts
University, Boston School of Occupational Therapy in 1960. She was an accomplished therapist working on the cutting edge of psychiatric occupational therapy and day therapy. She is the beloved wife of 53 years to Kevin P. Forbes.

OBIT: John Lisman, 73, Brandeis Professor Renown for His Research into the Brain

Brandeis professor, renown neuroscience researcher and Watertown resident John Lisman died on Oct. 20, 2017 at the age of 73, the university announced. Provost Lisa M. Lynch announced Lisman’s passing to the Brandeis Community:

“It is with great sadness that I write to tell you of the death of our colleague John Lisman. John succumbed to a lung infection, passing away last Friday afternoon, surrounded by his family. He was 73 years old.”

OBIT: Ellice Lund, 93, Active in Watertown Organizations, Worked at Cambridge Savings

Ellice T. (Lecie) Lund passed away peacefully on September 3 at the age of 93 in Littleton, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late John S. Lund and devoted mother of daughters, Jo-Anne Lund and husband, David Fox, and Susan Lund and her partner, Amy Bell, and the late Laurie Lund. She was the cherished grandmother of Emily Fox and her husband, Joshua Wigler, and Hudson Bell. Additionally, she is survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. An active resident of Watertown for most of her life, Ellice worked at the Cambridge Savings Bank in Harvard Square.

A Funeral Mass for Yolanda F. (Corsi) Pirolli, will be celebrated on Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 9 a.m., in the Church of Saint Patrick, Watertown. A daughter of the late Francesco and Antoinette (DiPaolo) Corsi. Yolanda passed away at the Lasell House in Newton on Friday evening, October 6, 2017 after a period of declining health. She was 95. Yolanda came to the United States from Italy. She married her late husband Michael J. Piroli and brought up her three boys here in Watertown, She and Michael were hard workers together.
