Nationally Famous Pizzeria Coming to Watertown

Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana recently signed a lease to open at the new development on the site of the former Arsenal Mall, according to Andrew Copelotti, project manager for developer Boylston Properties. One of Watertown’s Eating Hot Spots Has Closed

Watertown’s La Casa de Pedro restaurant announced it has closed in a message posted on Facebook Sunday morning. The restaurant has been serving Caribbean food in town for a quarter century, first on Main Street and then in the Arsenal on the Charles. The statement released Sunday seems to leave open the chance of Pedros opening again in the future. Twenty five years ago, we started a wonderful and fulfilling life adventure. We learned about you, we shared our table and were blessed to be the place you chose to come to.

Watertown Farmers Market Moving, Teaming with Summer Concerts

The Watertown Farmers Market will have a new home and new day in 2019. Warm weather will return in a few months, and with it the return of the Watertown Farmers Market. However, the market will have a new location and a new day, plus it will be teamed up with the Summer Concert Series for several weeks. Starting on June 12, and running through Oct. 9, the Watertown Farmers Market will be held on Wednesdays and will be located at Saltonstall Park in Watertown Square, next to Town Hall.
