Congratulations to first year Holy Cross student Olivia Venezia of Watertown for being on the Dean’s List. She was presented in a group of three Watertown star student-athletes – with Kourtney Kennedy & Shannon Murphy – going further to college and playing to the next level. And one – Emily Koufos– of the next year’s group of three – with Joanna Kennedy & Maddie Leitner – Raiders going to play sport in college singed a National Letter of Intent also for the Holy Cross. Actually, since there are reported twenty WHS athletes to have received Middlesex League All-Star honors: CONGRATULATIONS to ALL!!
On the spiritual part of the story it is so sad to learn about the faith of the Notre Dame des Canadiens Church of Worcester but at least there is a Notre Dame Church (St. John Paul II Parish) 33km SW still exhibiting a very beautiful architecture in the Rococo style.
Yes sorry,
It is Arty’s granddaughter.
