In a hot housing market, housing prices continue to climb in Watertown and more than 100 homes sold this year. See which agents sold the most properties in 2017.
According to the real estate sales in Watertown from the multiple listing service (MLS), the top agent for 2017 was Ari Koufos of Realty Executives, who sold 29 properties for $25.7 million.
In 2016, Koufos, broker/owner of Realty Executives in Watertown, also was the top agent in town. He sold 29 properties, but the total sales was under $20 million (see more details here).
The second most properties sold in 2017 were by Mike DelRose Real Estate Team with RE/MAX Leading Edge. They sold 27 properties for $18.95 million.
The third most sales were made by Bob Airasian of William Raveis, with 14 sales for $11.83 million.
Also in the top five were Michael Savas of Century 21 Adams Lawndale with 12 sales for $8.33 million and Peter Tzannos of Realty Executives with 9 properties sold for $6.51 million.

The top agency in Watertown for 2017 was Realty Executives, with 38 properties sold for $32.7 million.
Next on the list was Century 21 Adams Lawndale which had 30 sales for $22.88 million.
In third place was RE/MAX Leading Edge, which was just behind in total sales $22.3 million and had one more properties sold, with 31.
Redfin had the fourth most sales, with 24 properties for $15.6 million, followed by Coldwell Banker – Cambridge, Mass. Ave. with 21 sales for $13.86 million.
