Watertown residents are invited to a free opera performance at the Apartments at Coolidge School.
The live free performance will be held Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 8-9 p.m. at the Coolidge School Auditorium, 319 Arlington St., Watertown
Join neighbors, friends and residents of the apartments at Coolidge School 319 Arlington Street Watertown for a one hour-long program of comic chamber opera which is being performed in and around the Greater Boston Area during the second half of August.
Organizers won’t be charging admission or collecting donations since the performers are considering this an outreach event.
The selected pieces with six performers from Opera Espresso accompanied by piano are:
- The Telephone by Gian Carlo Menotti
- A Hand of Bridge by Samuel Barber
