We Want to Hear From You!

The Watertown Free Public Library is seeking community input to guide our 2026–28 Strategic Plan. All community members are invited to participate in the Library’s 2025 patron survey!

What’s the Strategic Plan? The Strategic Plan, approved by the Board of Library Trustees, is the framework around which library services are delivered to the community. Libraries across Massachusetts are required to have a 3-5 year strategic plan on file with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners to be eligible for construction or Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grants.
