What’s the Strategic Plan? The Strategic Plan, approved by the Board of Library Trustees, is the framework around which library services are delivered to the community. Libraries across Massachusetts are required to have a 3-5 year strategic plan on file with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners to be eligible for construction or Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grants. View the Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2023 through Fiscal Year 2025 (PDF) for reference.
Thank you for posting this Charlie. I hope that many residents in Watertown will take the time to complete the survey. It’s important for the Residents of Watertown and patrons of the Watertown Free Public Library to have a say in its future.
