Watertown is home to the best place to work in the Boston area, according to the Boston Globe’s annual survey.
Bright Horizons Family Solutions topped the list of best places to work in 2016, and it is not the first time. The company has been No. 1 for four of the last six years, according to an announcement from Bright Horizons.
The provider of child care, early education and other services is headquartered in the Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown, and has been around for three decades.
“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we are especially honored to be recognized by the Boston Globe as a top place to work,” Bright Horizons CEO Dave Lissy said in the announcement. “Over the last three decades we have taken pride in providing an environment where employees can bring their whole selves to work.”
The survey, conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, uses employee feedback, based on a survey of nearly two dozen questions that measure three critical elements of the workplace: direction, execution and connection.
The full list of best places to list appeared in the Boston Sunday Globe on Nov. 20. See the list here.
