The Watertown Police, working with the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force, made two busts and arrested three suspects.
On Feb. 23 at 12:20 p.m., police spotted a suspected drug dealer getting into a car in a parking lot on Mt. Auburn Street, drive around for a while and stop in the parking lot of the Arsenal Project, said Watertown Police Lt. James O’Connor.
“Members of the Task Force observed what they believed to be a narcotics transaction,” O’Connor said.
Police stopped the the man they were following and the man he allegedly dealt the drugs. They found about $1,400 in cash and about $700 worth of heroin, O’Connor said
The suspect, Jaimes Dones, 53, of Waltham, was arrested on charges of possession to distribute a Class A substance (heroin) – a subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Police also arrested Ramon L. Berrios, 45, of Brighton, on charges of Distributing a Class A substance (heroin), conspiracy to violate the drug laws, and furnishing a false name.
Drug Warrant Served
On Feb. 25, the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force went to Pleasant Street to serve a Federal arrest warrant.
The suspect, Karapet Dzhanikyan, 36, of Watertown, was located and placed under arrest, O’Connor said. He was turned over to U.S. Marshals, who transferred him to Federal Court.
As you might know my son Patrick just died from an over dose. These are the kind of guys that need to be locked up for a long time. If they’re cutting it with this fennal, then I say murder 1 should apply. Hang them, Boys from Watertown.
So sorry to hear that and agree if these pushers are knowingly cutting with that they should be charged with murder
