A Funeral Mass for Theresa A. “Pat” (Hobin) Falter will be celebrated on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., in the Church of Saint Patrick, Watertown.
A daughter of the late John Hobin and Mary Theresa (Donahue) Hobin, Pat passed away surrounded by her family Monday morning. She was a devoted parishioner of Saint Patrick Parish in Watertown, were she volunteered working in the food pantry and the bingo.
Pat was born and raised in Dorchester. She was one of six children to John & Mary Hobin. In September of 1950, she married the love of her life, Thomas Andrew Falter. Pat & John raised five children together in Watertown. She worked as the manager of the West Junior High Cafeteria retiring in 1982. She was a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division 14. She served as president of LAOH Div. 14 for two years, vice president of LAOH Div. 14 for six years, and as the treasurer for Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, Middlesex County.
Theresa A. “Pat” Falter was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Andrew Falter. Loving mother of Thomas A. Falter, II & his wife Brenda of Greenville, N.H., Edward W. Falter & his wife Nancy of Pepperell, Leo C. Falter & his wife Debra of Watertown, Deborah M. Walsh & her husband Arthur of Greenville, N.H., & Susan E. Vincuilla & the late Donald of Framingham. Dear sister of the late Edward, John, Thomas, Robert Hobin, & Margaret Allen. Caring grandmother of 12. Doting great-grandmother of four. Also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Funeral from the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St., Watertown, Friday, June 4, 2021, at 9 a.m. followed by Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Patrick, 212 Main St., Watertown at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
Visiting hours Thursday 3-7 p.m.
Interment St. Joseph Cemetery West Roxbury.
