A Nor’easter will be hitting Eastern Massachusetts late Wednesday to late Thursday and is expected to impact the morning commute.
The storm will likely hit the Boston area around midnight, according to WBZ Channel 4 weather. Watertown falls in the area where 6 to 12 inches of snow is forecast.
The heaviest snowfall is forecast to take place between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m. but will be in the region until about 10 p.m. Thursday.
Areas of Southeastern Mass. are expected to get more than a foot, while the Lowell area is forecast to get 1 to 3 inches.
