Is it just me or is Watertown magnetic for having so many people come here from other cities to steal property from our stores? One other thing, how is it that with all of the information out there, some of our residents do not hesitate to run out and buy thousand’s of dollars in Gift Cards to send to people they don’t even know without at least calling the police to see if it “might be a scam”?
