Construction will soon begin at Cunniff Elementary School, and school officials will host a meeting to discuss the construction activities around the Westside school.
Town Council President Mark Sideris said he had hoped to have the meeting in person, but could not do so due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
The meeting will be held on Zoom, and the public can participate by joining the meeting on Zoom or by phone. Also, they can tune in on Watertown Cable. More information is available below in the letter sent out by School officials:
Dear Cunniff Elementary School Neighborhood,
The new Cunniff Elementary School is coming soon to your neighborhood! The Town of Watertown and Watertown Public Schools invite you to attend a virtual neighborhood informational meeting on June 4th at 6:00 PM to discuss the upcoming construction activities scheduled for this summer.
The meeting is to allow neighbors to learn about the construction. Please note that this meeting is not intended to get into any details on the final approved design. Also, please stay tuned for a project website.
