The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department.
Arrests
Oct. 27, 2:03 a.m.: Police talked to a man who was stopped on Nichols Avenue. He said he was in the area looking for a friend’s house. When police ran an inquiry, they found the man was wanted on a warrant. The 47-year-old Boston man was arrested on a warrant from Boston District Court for failing to appear for jury duty.
Nov. 1, 7:14 p.m.: Police arrested a 31-year-old Malden man after stopping him on Essex Street. He was charged with unlicensed driving and a warrant charge.
Incidents
Oct. 26, 12:19 p.m.: I bicycle was reported stolen from the bike rack outside CVS in Watertown Square on Oct. 22. The blue Myata 18-speed street bike was left unlocked.
Oct. 26, 12:22 p.m.: A woman heard her car alarm go off and when she went out to check on it she found the rear window had been smashed.
Oct. 27, 2:30 p.m.: A snowblower was taken from a home on Upland Road. The owner believes it was taken within the prior two weeks. He also noticed a tool-kit bag was taken from the garage.
Oct. 27, 5 p.m.: A vehicle was parked on Riverside Street and sometime overnight three tires were slashed.
Oct. 28, 7:42 p.m.: A work van was broken into while it was parked overnight on Carey Avenue. Three floor sanders and a nail gun were taken, worth a total of $12,000.
Oct. 28, 6:52 p.m.: A man was spotted in the electronics section of Target and took an Xbox One controller from a display and put it in his backpack. The man left the store without paying.
Oct. 29, 6:33 p.m.: Launch Trampoline Park had a tent set up at the Arsenal on the Charles for the Watertown Farmers Market. Employees packed up and took other items to the truck, and when they returned a 10 x 10 tent with “Launch” written on it was missing.
Oct. 30, 8:13 a.m.: A snowblower was stolen from the lower garage of the Waterbridge Condominiums on Coolidge Avenue. The Husqvarna snowblower was valued at $1,200.
