A pair of Watertown High School field hockey players made the All-Scholastic teams as named by the Boston Globe and Boston Herald.
Venezia scored 22 goals for the Raiders and added 10 assists. The midfielder was named the Middlesex League’s Most Valuable Player and made the Middlesex League All-Stars for the second straight year. She will be playing in college next year at Holy Cross.

Lampasona scored 14 goals and had 5 assists in her final year at WHS. She made the Middlesex League All-Stars for the first time, too. She is a member of the National Honor Society and serves as one of the WHS student advisors to the School Committee.
Both served as co-captains with Catherine Connors on the Raiders team that went 20-1-1 and made it to the State Semifinal before losing to eventual champion Dennis-Yarmouth.
