Spring is making its presence known, with a stretch of mild temperatures and changing conditions. The period begins with seasonable highs in the 50s before a significant warm-up arrives over the weekend, peaking on Sunday with unseasonably warm temperatures near 68°F. However, this warmth comes with an active weather pattern — expect increasing clouds and gusty south winds ahead of a Sunday night into Monday storm system that will bring heavy rain and strong winds. After the rain clears, a dry and pleasant stretch settles in, with highs climbing into the 60s by midweek. A classic March pattern — fluctuating conditions, but signs of spring are certainly emerging!

Friday, March 14: Partly sunny with highs near 53°F. Winds will be light and variable but shift to the southeast at around 6 mph in the afternoon. Friday night will be mostly cloudy, with lows around 36°F and a light south wind.

Saturday, March 15: A mild day with partly sunny skies and highs near 61°F. South winds will be light, increasing to 5-9 mph in the morning. Saturday night will be mostly cloudy, with a slight chance of rain after 10 p.m. Lows will be around 50°F, with south winds around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday, March 16: Cloudy with a chance of rain, mainly after 1 p.m. Highs will be unseasonably warm, reaching around 68°F. South winds will increase to 11-17 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph. Sunday night will be rainy and breezy, with lows around 52°F. South winds will remain 13-17 mph, with gusts up to 32 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.

Monday, March 17: Rain will continue through the morning, tapering off by the afternoon. Highs will be around 58°F. Southwest winds at 9 mph will shift west in the afternoon. Monday night will be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain before 11 p.m. Lows will drop to around 34°F, with northwest winds around 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Tuesday, March 18: A return to sunshine, with highs near 55°F. West winds will be 7-10 mph. Tuesday night will be partly cloudy, with lows around 39°F and a southwest wind around 6 mph.

Wednesday, March 19: Mostly sunny and warmer, with highs near 63°F. Southwest winds will be 6-10 mph. Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy, with lows around 43°F and southwest winds around 7 mph.

Thursday, March 20: Partly sunny with highs near 63°F. South winds will increase to 9-13 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph. Thursday night will be mostly cloudy with lows around 46°F.

Friday, March 21: A mix of sun and clouds, with highs near 60°F. Winds will be from the southwest at 8-12 mph. Friday night will be mostly cloudy, with lows around 44°F.
