I can only imagine how much you are scamming the government for funding to shove this idea that we all need heat pumps. I’ve tried to get some insulation in my home for over a year and I have nothing to show for it. Some guy shows and wants to blow insulation into my attic which would have blocked the ventilation air flow. I said I didn’t want that so I got nothing.
I think you guts are just working to get easy money from the government which we all end up paying for.
I don’t trust any of you.
I’m the last person to tell anyone to trust anything, but I have used MassSave to make my house more energy efficient. It’s funded by surcharges on gas and electric bills, so everyone is entitled to its benefits. We took the insulation, and got nominal rebates on heat pumps and replacement windows. All of who have definitely helped. The powers that be want to eliminate natural gas and replace it with electric, which is generated by… what, I’m not sure. Neither are they, I think. But I wouldn’t be so down on insulation. One person’s ventilation is another’s draft.
Josh, Thanks for the reply.
If you got what you need, I’m glad for you. They won’t give me what I need.
They will only give me what they want to give me. And it’s not what I need.
So I am giving out the warning to others.
