There is so much information about the COVID-19 pandemic available, sometimes it can feel overwhelming. To help Watertown residents navigate this confusing time, the Watertown Free Public Library has developed a COVID-19 Resource Guide, a “one-stop shop” website that makes it easy to find the latest health guidance and assistance programs available.

In Watertown, there are many resources available to those who are struggling with physical and mental health concerns, unemployment, and food insecurity. Now, as so many lives and livelihoods are turned upside-down by the COVID-19 pandemic, those resources are more valuable than ever.
WFPL’s Resource Guide covers food security, financial assistance, housing assistance, elder care, scams, community engagement and more. Combining information from local, state, and national sources, the Guide also includes the latest public health guidance for this region. It will be updated frequently.
Do you know of a local resource that is not included in the Library’s guide? There is a built-in notification form to send WFPL a suggestion. Do you want to help out? The Resource Guide also lists several ways you can support others through donations and service.
The Watertown Free Public Library encourages all residents to explore the Resource Guide and share it with others. Whether you are feeling confused, afraid, or just a little stir crazy, you may discover something you need.
