The four winners of the Watertown Summer Basketball League quarterfinals move to Tuesday night’s semifinals.
Three of the four quarterfinals followed the seedings on Monday night, but there was one upset. The fifth seeded Zards defeated the fourth seeded Middlesex Magic 60-58.
The top seed, HBC, beat eighth seed Made Men by double digits, 67-51. Second seeded Donohue’s Kaos Club also won handily, 73-60, over Local Legends, the seventh seed.
In the nightcap, No. 3 seed New Day beat No. 6 seed Boomer’s Pizza Subs Deli 49-42.
The winners move on to the best-of-three semifinals, which begin Tuesday night at the outdoor court in Saltonstall Park, behind the Watertown Boys & Girls Club.
The first game is Donohue’s Kaos Club vs. New Day at 7 p.m., followed at 7:55 p.m. with HBC and Zards.
