Watertown senior Alex Egan wrapped up his high school soccer career by being named to the Boston Globe’s All-Scholastic team.
Egan’s seven goals and 15 assists helped the Raiders win their first outright Middlesex League title. He finished his career with 17 goals and 18 assists. He was also named the Middlesex League Freedom’s Most Valuable Player.
Last year, Egan was part of Watertown’s North Section Title winning team, which made it to the State Semifinal. This year the Raiders finished 13-6-1 and won their first round State Tournament game over Gloucester before falling to Pentucket in the North Section quarterfinal.
