A charity golf tournament will be held in honor of State Trooper David Timperio of Bedford, who grew up in Watertown and died suddenly at the age of 50 in 2015.
The Watertown Recreation Department sent out the following information:
Please join the Family and Friends of David Timperio for the 2nd Annual David Timperio Memorial Golf Tournament which will be held rain or shine on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Stow Acres Country Club. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. and the shotgun start will begin at 10 a.m. We will again be playing best ball.
