• Deadline for entry is October 25, 2016.

• The contest is limited to first 20 entries.
• The deadline for completed decorations is 5 p.m. on October 25, 2016.
• Independent judges will drive by the homes at night following the deadline.
• Winner to be picked and notified on October 29, 2016.
• The judging criteria is as follows:
1. Unique design and creative use of lights and decorations
2. Storyline or theme
3. Display and placement of decorations, animated objects, etc.
4. Overall presentation.
• Judges will not enter the home or walk the yard.
• The contest is limited to whatever is viewable from the street and sidewalk in front of your home.
• Interior window decorations viewable from the street are permitted.
• Corner lots will be judged from all visible areas from the street.
• You must be a Watertown resident to enter.
