Come see the Watertown Children’s Theatre’s adaptation of one of the Bard’s works this weekend.
William Shakespeare’s The Tempest, adapted by Deidre Purcell, with original music composed by Justin Casinghino. The play will be presented on Friday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 6 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. at the Charles Mosesian Theater, Arsenal Center for the Arts, Watertown. A Watertown Children’s Theatre Black Box Series production.
Get aboard this harrowing tale full of magic and adventure! This unique “play with music” adaptation features musical underscoring, movement and an ensemble cast of 6th-10th graders featuring Watertown residents Claire Gabel, Melanne Ghahraman, Duncan Lepera, Leyla Mandel, Harriet Neeley, Maud Neeley, and Julian Schepis, who bring this thrilling tale to life on the Mosesian stage.
