The Marshall Home Fund (MHF) is soliciting program grant proposals for the year 2015-2016. Since its inception in 2005, MHF has awarded over $300,000 to both public and private non-profit agencies serving older people in Watertown. Collectively, these grants have significantly increased the recipients’ program capabilities. Once again, MHF is looking forward to helping local agencies advance their goals in the coming year.
Grant applications should address health, housing, transportation, and other quality of life issues for seniors in Watertown. Collaborative proposals with other agencies that serve this population are encouraged.
Interested agencies are invited to attend an Information Session:
Prospective Program Grant Applicant Meeting, Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, WSB Room, Watertown Free Public Library, 123 Main St., Watertown Square, noon to 1:30 p.m.
The Marshall Home Fund program grant application will be available at that time, or you may request one by emailing info@marshallhomefund.org. Refreshments will be served. Feel free to bring your lunch. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP to info@marshallhomefund.org. The snow date, if Watertown Public Schools are closed, is Feb. 13
Members of the Board look forward to answering questions and awarding grants in April. The program grant application deadline is March 31, 2015.
