The Raiders kick off the 2014 football season Friday night at Victory Field.
Watertown hosts Medway at 7 p.m. on Sept. 12 in Watertown. The team lost some talented seniors to graduation, but Coach John Cacace told the Watertown Tab that this year’s team will try their hardest to get a sixth straight winning season. (Read the Tab’s season preview by clicking here).
This week, the boys soccer team lost to Belmont 2-0 but on Tuesday, beat Arlington 2-0. The girls soccer team fell to Belmont 10-0 on Saturday and lost 4-0 to Arlington on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the Watertown field hockey team rolled over Arlington by a score of 6-0.
Both the Watertown girls and boys cross country teams ran to victories over Winchester on Tuesday.
The boy’s golf team fell to Melrose and Lexington this week.
The girls volleyball team lost to Belmont on Monday.
